17. Diamond Mine 2.0

1.0 General

Diamond Mine2.0 is a supplementary feature of GGoose with the following Terms and Conditions with regards to your account. If any matters are not provided inside these Terms and Conditions for the Diamond Mine but are provided in the main Terms and Conditions of Diamond Mine, the provisions of the general Terms shall prevail.

If there is a conflict between the provisions of this Policy and the provisions of GGoose Terms, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the capitalized terms shall have the same meanings as set forth in the GGoose Terms. By using your GGoose Account, you agree to be bound by the terms.

From here onwards, the site shall also be known as the “Platform”, “Web” and “Services”. GGoose reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use for the Diamond Mine at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform with no other notices provided and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon their publication on the Platform.

2.0 ACCOUNT

2.1 Registration

You will need to register and create a personal account under GGoose to participate in Diamond Mine 2.0.

In order to be able to use the services provided by Diamond Mine on the Platform, the Subscriber undertakes to register on the Platform by providing us with valid and truthful information in accordance with the registration form. The Subscriber will only be able to make use of the services provided on the Platform once registration has been successfully completed.

2.2 Account Information

You agree to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate information on your account. You agree to promptly update your personal account when necessary, so that we can contact you as the case may be. Any request for changing the account information are subject to management approval and charges.

2.3 Account Termination and Deletion

GGoose, in its sole discretion, may terminate your access to or use of the Site and Content, at any time and for any reason. Your access to or use of the Site and Content may be terminated without notice. GGoose shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site or Content, or to any such information or files, and shall not be required to make such information or files available to you after any such termination.

3.0 PROFIT SHARING

Subscriber will only receive the sharing of profit after the company had allocated the fund into Diamond Mine 2.0. The allocation process takes ABOUT 3 working days. Please monitor that if after 3 days if you have not receive your payout, refer to your team leader or customer support for any enquiries. GGoose in part, is fully committed to fulfill the 330%.

The profit generated on a daily basis will be shared among the user accordingly. However, in the unlikely event of any losses, we aim to recover them from the profits generated in the coming days until a full recovery is achieved.

The company will charge a gas fee for processing profit allocations during transactions. If the wallet designated for covering these gas fees does not have sufficient funds, the profit sharing to subscribers' accounts will be temporarily halted until the wallet is replenished.

Company reserves the right to decline, cancel or reverse any or all profit at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explanation for such a decline or cancellation. In the event of declining or reversal please take note that any remaining credit in your account will be revoked if you transfer your balance out of your account.

4.0 WALLET

Each account will have 3 types of wallet

Gold8 Wallet: To store Gold8.

USDT Wallet : To store USDT

Gas fees Wallet : To store Gas Fees

5.0 DM PAYOUT STRUCTURE

Participants committing to Diamond Mine, will receive the 330% payout plan as follows:

• The first 165% of the payout, including the initial capital, will be disbursed in USDT.

• The remaining 165% will be disbursed in Gold8 (G8).

All payouts will follow the standard distribution schedule as determined by GGoose.

6.0 WITHDRAWAL

For profit sharing and direct bonus withdrawal, there will be a min withdrawal amount. Refer to table below for details :

Jar2.0 trading robot program is a third-party system that involve in trading of Cryptocurrency which is highly speculative and is only suitable for those who understand and are willing to assume the market, economic, legal and other risks involved, and are financially able to assume losses significantly in excess of deposits. There is no guarantee that Diamond Mine 2.0 are able generate profit on daily basis. Customer is aware of the risks inherent in Cryptocurrency and is financially able to bear such risks and withstand any losses incurred. Customer cannot claim back the losses for any reason.

GGoose may amend the terms of use at any time in its discretion, by posting revisions on the Site. The English language version of this Agreement shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions, if any.
