The gameplay is to be launched on 26 September 2022;
Stake your GGoose to lay some $gold8. This is the only step required for your GGoose to start laying $gold8!
Simply head to our website ggoose.farm, make sure your wallet is connected — then stake a single GGoose OR stake them all! Sign the transaction and your GGoose will start laying $gold8. Claim your $gold8 at any time.
What is incredible is that 'GGoose Staking' is not conventional staking in a sense. Your GGoose NFT is not required to be transferred to our possession. They are yours and it will remain yours until you decide to give/sell it to someone else.
This means you can still list your GGoose for sale — but be aware that any unclaimed $gold8 from this GGoose will be the new owner's property. This creates a whole new range of entertaining "sniping" opportunities on the GGoose marketplace.
Once you have claimed some $gold8, simply stake it to start farming $grain.
The yield would be extremely good — and $gold8-Liquidity Pool staking will be even better! $grain will currently be farmed at a daily 3x ratio per $gold8 staked. The more $gold8 you stake, the more $grain you farm. Simply claim your $grain at any time to use it to feed your ggoose.
You can also choose to withdraw your $gold8 from staking at any time but because these $gold8 are delicate, they are subjected to a ‘breakage fee’ of 8.33% (ie 1 in every dozen).
Since 8.33% of all $gold8 that becomes unstaked is permanently burned, this encourages $gold8 to stay staked.
If you want your $grain even quicker, there is the option to burn your $gold8 in a direct swap for $grain, currently set at a ratio of 1:12.
Note: There IS a hard-cap on the total supply of $grain, meaning the supply is limited. At some stage, it will become untenable/too expensive for people to make their GGoose much bigger.
Once you’ve claimed some $grain, feed it to your GGoose to grow it Bigger.
Bigger GGoose lays more $gold8 than the smaller ones, not to mention they will also have significant advantages when it comes to our p2e gaming model.
Once your GGoose is full, you will be able to level-up your GGoose increasing its ‘kg’ by 1. The bigger your GGoose gets, the more $grain it will need to level up further, and thus the time it takes to digest its food increases. It’s just basic science. To skip this process, you can use more $gold8 to grow your GGoose faster.
